Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We only replace items if they are defective or an incorrect size. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email at kevatsbag@gmail.com to initiate the return. Send your item to: BadAss Garb, P.O. Box 126, Buckeystown, MD 21717

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items may also be returned in person at any event we attend.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot replace lost items if they are misplaced during shipping.
